Location: Lagos

A fast-growing Ed-Fintech , with world-class courses and trainings is seeking a professional to fill the position of Growth Marketing Manager.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be required to lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering collaborative and results-driven culture.

You’ll be required to acquire 50,000 users in the first 3 months

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
2. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and optimize marketing channels for maximum ROI.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
5. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, email marketing, and social media.
6. Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine marketing tactics and messaging.
8. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives.
9. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign execution.
10. Stay abreast of industry best practices and innovations in growth marketing.
11. Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact.
12. Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to accelerate growth opportunities.
13. Stay informed about changes in digital marketing trends and platforms.
14. Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback loops.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (Five years plus working experience) in growth marketing, with a track record of successfully executing and optimizing campaigns.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance analytics tools.
6. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
7. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design.
