
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the agency, managing a team of Unit Managers, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Agency Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and partnering with other businesses to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Real estate Sales Manager or a similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to manage budgets and financial targets
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and resolve conflicts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) certification would be an added advantage
