Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at Wecleanit in Lekki. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for social media management, managing client accounts, building strong relationships, be able to create contents, understanding client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
- Must be a social media manager / content creator
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in sales or account management
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry and services offered by Wecleanit
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
