Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that simplify spending and investment experiences. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment to design, build, and roll out products that deliver on the organization’s vision and strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that drive market share, improve customer satisfaction, and foster growth.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external stakeholders.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products quickly with optimal resources.
• Test product features and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including communications and executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product strategy and effective messaging.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding at a higher level.
• Represent the organization by interacting with customers to solicit feedback on products and services.
What You’ll Need
• 5–7 years of relevant, hands-on experience as a senior product manager in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive teams.
• Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively and independently with cross-functional teams in a startup or matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in banking or financial technology products is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Experience creating product passports and detailed product specifications.
• Proven ability to define and configure key functional parameters of products, such as individual and business customer accounts.
• Hands-on experience with card products for individual customers, and ideally for businesses.
• Experience working with and configuring processes for card products, including Verve, Visa, and Mastercard schemes.
• Familiarity with processes involved in launching lending and deposit products.
