Deeva Body Nigeria seeks to hire a Sales and Customer Executive with online sales experience. The Sales Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing the company’s overall sales strategy
Responsibilities:
Respond to customers enquiries via phone calls, email or across our social media platform
Recommend products to customers, take orders and track order status.
Grow and maintain company’s customers/partners base
Building and maintain group community
Package orders for delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Develop strong understanding of our products and services
Building a strong relationship between the company and the customers/partners
Perform stock count at the end of the month
Perform other duties related to the position
Person Specifications:
Passionate about sales
Friendly and Warm
High standard of spoken and written English
Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
Ability to be proactive, take initiative
Attention to detail
Ability to meet and exceed sales target
Relevant Experience:
A minimum of one year experience in marketing and sales
Proven track record of delivering measurable results
Experience in the beauty/fashion industry is preferred
Knowledge:
Sales Funnel
Lead Conversion
Business Development
Background knowledge in marketing and communication
Google Applications (Sheet, Document etc)
Copywriting
Compensation and Benefits:
₦40,000 base salary. 20-30% increase after three months internship.
Monthly commission based on meeting and exceeding sales target .
Hybrid position in Lagos (3 days onsite weekly)
