Once again, housemates won their wager after a superb presentation. Their wager task yesterday was insightful, dealing with eco-friendly issues and recycling. The housemates did a great job of creating different stuff from plastic that constituted waste in the house. Their artistry was commended by Biggie who was apparently impressed with their creativity. However, some things went underground with a few housemates following this win.
For the umpteenth time, Chomzy expressed distaste for the creative pieces. She not only dismissed their creativity but also hated the fact that they won their wager during Phyna’s reign as Head of House. It is high time Chomzy considered squashing her beef with Phyna as it is a dead end. Moreover, it was a joyous and victorious time for the former level 1 housemates. This was all they ever wanted, to win tasks and stay relevant as a team. Phyna’s term was a success and it remained a thing of joy for them.

Meanwhile, Rachel held a grudge since the movie night. Considering that she initiated the idea and she was exempted from the show, she was angry and petty towards the housemates who went for the viewing. After ignoring Chichi since that time, she finally confronted her yesterday. Chichi shunned her argument because it was pointless. Rachel merely cried over spilt milk. In fact, she was childish about the situation knowing that it was really Biggie’s choice anyway.
Interestingly, Sheggz and Bella won their private romantic date and their fans celebrated them and their cuteness despite how complex they were. And though their dinner last night was beautiful, their relationship was still not worth envying. After Ebuka called their flaws out publicly, the quarrels and banter reduced significantly. Though we know better than to let an abusive partner have another chance. At this juncture, wishing them love and light was our best bet.
The Daniella and Dotun’s situation seemed to be in a state of hullabaloo. Most housemates gave advice and opinions on how she should go about her feelings. However, we saw Daniella letting her guard down again and again the moment Dotun came back crawling. It must be a terrible thing to be that indecisive. Now Dotun somewhat leveraged on her emotional instability to keep crawling into her bed. The moment Chizzy accosted Dotun coming to sleep in Daniella’s bed was funny. Typical Chizzy, he had to warn Dotun to leave his daughter.
Also, Daniella confided in Adekunle that she kissed Dotun even if she didn’t want to. Adekunle bluntly told her that she lacked self-control. But rather than being offensive, Adekunle tried to proffer a solution. He asked Daniella what could be done to save the situation. She had another indecisive moment but it was beautiful to see a genuine friendship between her and Adekunle.
Talking of friendships, Phyna saw a friend in Chichi who was always looking out for her. In the most unfavourable circumstance like Phyna’s drunk moment, Chichi came in to save her from whatever drama that might have resulted from her semi-conscious state. Phyna did not take this well as it was an intrusion from Chichi. However, Chichi took time to explain the reason for her action. Phyna was known for always losing control when drunk and it was only right to check on her. Rather than escalate, the situation died down with Phyna acknowledging the act of true friendship. This is contrary to how the former level 1 housemates would have wanted it as they tried to escalate the disagreement.
