Events in the last 24 hours have seen a lot of revelations in Biggie’s house, especially during the housemates’ diary sessions. The nominees for possible eviction expressed their apparent sadness for the inevitable eviction bestowed on them while some lucky housemates that escaped the eviction hammer expressed surprise at the nomination list. We also saw the wild cards becoming more active yesterday.
Notably, Deji paraded himself as the ladies’ man since his arrival in the House and this played out during his conversation with Doyin, who admitted her feelings for the lover boy. Regrettably, Deji threw shades at her for her endless infatuations. First, it was Sheggz, then Cyph, and now him. Most viewers don’t understand why she failed to recognise the obvious sarcasm as she kept laughing. Deji thinks he is irresistible but I bet he’s only catching fun with the girls as he may have limited time in the house.
Deji, the Casanova also had a chitchat with Chomzy which led her to say her crush is Groovy in level 2. Chomzy also mentioned that Chichi likes Deji. This was after Deji got caught trying to get her attention but swaying her seems difficult since she’s already crushing on someone else. This brings us back to the ships in the house. This aspect is unavoidable as few housemates are thriving due to their relationships in the house.
Sheggz and Bella are warming fans’ hearts with their subtle romance. The kiss we all have been expecting is imminent now as they have started giving love bites. Viewers opined that the sisterly relationship between Chomzy and Chichi is something we all need asides from romance.
Following the first episode of hot takes on the show, people are asking, will a pole on the house bring out the best of Chichi? This is an interesting take. But in my opinion, people’s characters should not be limited in a game like this. Since it is a reality show, housemates should use everything within their reach to be the best version of themselves. Think of a situation where Chichi gets a pole, every other housemate may have to get a thing or two to function better in the house.
More romantic dramas played out as Ilebaye and Beauty resumed their heated arguments as the tension between the two seems deep. It might be a case of jealousy as Amaka and Phyna advised beauty to ignore Ilebaye’s crush on her man, Groovy. Ilebaye narrated her side of the story to Christy O, who in turn advised her to forgive Beauty. On the other hand, Adekunle, Giddyfia, and Hermes suggest that Deji is a cool guy. Let’s see what happens when they eventually find out he is a wild card.
Khalid, in his diary session, admitted that Hermes is a smart person. This may be true as we saw Hermes put a lot of thinking into the current leadership in the house. Beauty, during her diary session, revealed that she was surprised about not being nominated and also shocked that Christ O made the list. Perhaps, she should take this as her saving grace.
Biggie gave housemates the task of jogging throughout the day around the house. Is this a weight loss scheme? Big Brother also issued Modella the task of shaking things up in the house. However, Daniella said she’s not threatened by Modella’s supposedly intimidating presence and beauty. She affirms that she’s her own person. She may just be putting on the ‘hard guy’ attitude to ignore the oppression. Modella’s task of rocking Daniella’s boat will definitely come as a surprise.
Phyna, after telling Amaka to ‘catch cruise’ with the guys in order to avoid unnecessary ‘breakfast’, begged Biggie to let her see Eloswag for 30 minutes. The manner in which ladies have been flocking around Deji has continued to generate comments from the growing and loyal fans. One of the funniest comments: “Wetin he rub for body?”
