
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lagos, offering some flexibility to work remotely. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, developing job descriptions, and maintaining employee relations. The Officer will also ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) management and policy experience
- Experience in job description development and implementation
- Experience managing employee relations and legal compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Nigeria
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications in HR or related field preferred
