We are seeking a talented Content creator for a full time hybrid role with minimum of 1 year experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be good at producing high-quality, engaging content across various formats and platforms. This role involves crafting compelling written and visual content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and produce a diverse range of content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.

• Content Planning: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of content.

• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform content creation and ensure relevance.

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create content strategies that align with company goals and target audience interests.

• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and performance on search engines.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content and platforms.

• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, video producers, and other team members to create cohesive and high-impact content.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, including writing and multimedia production.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro) is preferred.

• Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate fresh, engaging, and original content ideas.

• Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and practices, with the ability to apply them to content creation.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Additional Skills: Experience with social media platforms, content marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
