Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, especially within a manufacturing setup, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and TALLY ERP. This role involves supporting senior accountants and handling various accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post accounting entries and journal entries accurately and timely.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform month-end close activities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Perform reconciliation of bank statements and other accounts.
- Support senior accountants in various accounting operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably TALLY ERP.
- Experience:Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing setup.
- Age: 28 to 35 years old.
