Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative content specialist to drive our digital marketing efforts and engage our audience across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sports betting and the Nigerian market, coupled with experience in social media management, content creation, and website management. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging our audience, and driving customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee our social media presence on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others, ensuring consistent engagement and brand messaging.

· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, user engagement, and brand awareness.

· Create compelling and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content, tailored to our Nigerian audience and betting enthusiasts.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and schedules for social media posts, aligned with promotional campaigns and sporting events.

· Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and comments, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

· Write and edit website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our brand voice and messaging.

· Manage website banners and visuals, updating them to reflect current promotions, events, or relevant sporting activities.

· Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including email newsletters, blog posts, and advertisements, tailored to our Nigerian audience and sports betting market.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the sports betting landscape in Nigeria.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the sports betting or gaming industry.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong understanding of Nigerian culture and sports preferences.

· Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.

· Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

· Passion for sports, particularly Nigerian sports, and a good understanding of sports betting dynamics and trends.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
