Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 6 years of experience in web and software development, specifically in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, a passion for building high-quality, scalable financial applications, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain fintech applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new financial features.
– Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and best practices.
– Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
– Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
– Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
– Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and fintech technologies.
Qualification
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in the fintech industry.
– Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
– Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
– Familiarity with database technologies like SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
– Experience with version control systems such as Git.
– Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with fintech-related technologies and platforms.
– Understanding of payment gateways, digital wallets, and financial security protocols.
– Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
– Familiarity with microservices architecture.
– Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
