Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Executive at a leading real estate company in Lagos, Nigeria.
As a Real Estate Executive, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing marketing strategies to sell and lease properties.
You will also develop relationships with clients, follow up with leads, and manage sales funnels to close deals successfully.
Qualifications:
At lease 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing in the real estate industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, an MBA is a plus.
Excellent skills in networking, negotiations, and communication are essential.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales and marketing is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and trello software.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools is a plus.
Fluency in English (Oral and written) is required
