Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our hospitality team. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our hospitality services and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong marketing skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy rates.

· Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

· Manage the restaurant’s digital presence including website content, SEO, and online reviews.

· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track ROI and optimize marketing efforts.

· Plan and execute special events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

· Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and hospitality to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

· Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.

· 3 – 5 Years working experience

· Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
