Fans lampoon evicted housemates for lacklustre aspirations

For the first time in the Level Up season, three housemates were evicted in one night! The dynamics of the evictions in the Big Brother’s house kept changing, to the amusement of the audience. The uncertainty of the events in the house kept viewers burning with curiosity. And last night’s evictions were just as exciting.
Deji kept on his game till the very end. It was super fascinating and dramatic to watch him act unmoved after the fake housemate was called out by Ebuka. Adekunle’s weird movements also made the moment more interesting, especially to the housemates. He was a great player on the show and he mentioned he would be up to greater things outside the house and he was ready for collaborations.
The end of the road for Deji stirred up many reactions from fellow housemates. Chichi particularly couldn’t get a hold of herself last night. Though it was a good thing that Chichi and Deji eventually got along, it was a typical right feelings, wrong time scenario. It was also beautiful to hear Deji say he started out rough with Chichi at the outset but he was willing to know her better and keep the fire burning even outside the show. This would’ve been her consolation but she didn’t even get a chance to hear it.
Diana’s eviction was not surprising. Aside from her diary sessions, she played cool and remained in her shell almost throughout. The former house division kept the pressure of evictions on level two. Hence, all level one housemates really enjoyed chill time and immunity. The weakest players in the game came this far due to sheer luck. However, for Diana, she could have changed her strategy in order to survive in the merger. Because of her ignorance and inactivity, she couldn’t even get as many fans to vote for her. Nevertheless, she was grateful for the ride and would be working on a skincare brand.
On the other hand, Giddyfia’s eviction was a big relief to me personally. He became increasingly annoying with his indecisiveness especially in his love square. And rather than just cutting ties, he became spiteful of Amaka and Diana because he couldn’t have them. These character traits were too disgusting to behold especially from an adult. His fakeness and garrulous nature got the best part of him towards the end of his time in the house. In fact, his bad attitude must have facilitated his eviction, although he said his situationships were not planned.
Comments flooded in following the aspirations of the evicted housemates during their interaction with Ebuka. They don’t come across as ambitious. The skincare, clothing line, “open for collaborations” seemed like a myopic goal to set after gaining so much audience. Plus, most of these things mentioned are cliché and ubiquitous in the Nigerian populace. However, we will focus on the outcome of these brand creation, it may not be so bad after all.
It was good to see Amaka during the ritual of proper Saturday night evictions. She seemed to be going through a lot of hard emotions. In fact, she must have so much grudge to clear out with the other housemates. This simply means the BBNaija reunion this year will be really spicy. It is something to look forward to.
The show is still on and the drama is non-stop. Stay tuned to catch all the exciting moments.
