Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Project Manager at Draxler Inc. located in Lagos Island. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set project goals, develop project plans, allocate resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Your exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills will be key to your success in this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a related industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in the [industry/sector] is highly desirable
