Job Overview: RESILIGENT is seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Marketing Associate to join our team in Lagos. The primary objective of this role is to win new business and grow our client base through strategic marketing and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing and executing marketing and business development strategies to drive new client acquisition.
· Shall be reporting to the senior business development officer.
· Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Represent RESILIGENT at industry events and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and forge business relationships.
· Collaborate closely with the senior management team to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
· Assist the senior business development officer in the organisation of programmes, events, and training.
· Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect data.
· Analyse market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.
· Provide regular reports on marketing and business development activities and their effectiveness.
Essential Experience and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree/HND
· 2-4 years in sales, marketing, or business development within professional services.
· Proven track record in winning new business and client acquisition.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong organisational and project management skills.
· Initiative-taking and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
· Proficiency in CRM systems.
