Role Description

As a Product Manager (Lending) at NOWNOW, you will be responsible for managing our lending products. This is a full-time, hybrid role that involves working primarily from our Lagos headquarters, with the flexibility of some remote work. You will work closely with our engineering and marketing teams to create a lending product roadmap, analyze industry trends, gather customer feedback, and prioritize features for development. You will also work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless product rollouts, and with the finance team to ensure product profitability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management with a focus on lending products.
  • A strong understanding of financial products, including lending, borrowings, interest rates, and credit scoring models.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps, analyzing industry trends, and conducting customer research.
  • An ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations.
  • An ability to prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and development resources.
  • A strong understanding of data analytics and an ability to draw insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or computer science.
