Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Cellit Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and executing strategic sales plans. This role is located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the paint industry or banking is preferred
