Role Description
This is a full-time Operations Manager role located in Ikeja. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily company operations, ensuring that procedures and policies are followed, and collaborating with other departments when necessary to achieve organizational goals. You will manage a team of employees and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management or business administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Experience in managing a team of people and working collaboratively with different departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and make necessary adjustments to provide effective solutions
