Role Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations management or business administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in managing a team of people and working collaboratively with different departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and make necessary adjustments to provide effective solutions
