We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to drive our customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth.

Role Overview:

The Growth and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies that fuel customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of leading a cross-functional team to deliver on ambitious growth targets while building a strong, cohesive brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy:

– Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

– Develop and manage a growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver scalable impact.

– Conduct regular A/B tests and experiments to identify the most effective growth levers.

Marketing Strategy:

  – Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.

– Oversee content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, PR, and paid advertising campaigns.

– Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience.

Product-Led Growth:

  – Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement growth strategies within the product, including onboarding, referral programs, and in-app promotions.

– Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to inform product improvements and new feature developments.

Data and Analytics:

  – Establish and track key performance metrics across both growth and marketing functions.

– Analyze data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform decision-making.

– Prepare regular reports for the executive team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Team Leadership:

  – Lead and mentor a high-performing team across growth and marketing functions.

– Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

– Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all initiatives are executed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  – 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and brand building.

– Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.

Skills:

  – Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

– Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, A/B testing platforms).

– Deep understanding of growth hacking techniques, product marketing, and brand management.

– Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to different stakeholders.

Education:

  – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
