About The Role
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer with a strong grasp of modern design principles and technologies. The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with front-end development understanding to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with our brand and elevate the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Prototype:
- Create intuitive and visually compelling designs using Figma.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that bring ideas to life.
- Collaborate & Iterate:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine user interfaces and experiences.
- Gather and implement feedback throughout the design lifecycle.
- Visual Design:
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to enhance design assets or create unique visuals where needed.
- Maintain design consistency through style guides, UI kits, and reusable components.
- Usability Testing:
- Conduct user testing sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs for optimal usability.
- Use analytics and research data to inform design decisions.
- Mentor & Guide:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers or developers.
- Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Design Tools:
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for advanced visual design.
- UI/UX Expertise:
- Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles, patterns, and frameworks.
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
- Development Awareness:
- Working knowledge of front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to bring designs to life.
- Research & Testing:
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to inform design decisions.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design systems or component libraries.
- Knowledge of motion design or prototyping tools like Adobe After Effects or Framer.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
