Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketer at Radix Pension Managers Limited in Lagos. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for implementing social media marketing strategies, lead generation activities, web analytics, and digital marketing campaigns on a day-to-day basis.

- Identifying Trends and Insights in the Pension industry
- Strategizing with Other Marketing Professionals
- Analyse Campaigns
- Executing Campaigns on Social Networks
- Paid Search Advertising
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- Create digital marketing campaigns
- Generating blog contents
- Any other assigned task.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Lead Generation and Marketing skills
- Experience in Web Analytics
- Minimum of 2:1 from any recognized University
- Proficiency in creating and managing online campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
