
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, accountancy, administration, knowledge management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible NGO experience in program management, partner management, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and office operations or administration.
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Experience with USAID-funded governance programs is highly desired.
Job description
- Works closely with the Project Advisors to support SCALE partners with implementing project interventions, including coaching, mentoring, and field visits, where necessary, and the development of annual work plans.
- Provides technical assistance to SCALE SGBV and CEFM (Component 5), backstop the Vulnerable Population.
- Manage and engage with resource partners and clusters on the implementation of project activities on behalf of the team.
