We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operations, systems, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, combines analytical and strategic thinking, and can bridge technical knowledge with business acumen to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
• Support the CEO as a strategic partner and ensure alignment across departments.
• Lead operational initiatives and manage high-impact projects.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate effectively between technical and business teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA/MS is a plus).
• 7+ years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and project management platforms (Asana, Jira, etc.).
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage.
