Role Description
This is an internship role for a Social Media & Community Growth Manager. The intern will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and supporting community growth initiatives. They will also handle project management tasks related to social media campaigns and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance. This is a hybrid role, where the intern will be based in Lagos but will have flexibility to work from home for some tasks.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Analytics skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Sales and Project Management experience
- Enthusiasm for music and community engagement
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in social media management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
