Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Digital Content Manager at Ejim Group. The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing an engaging and compelling content that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals. The Digital Content Manager is expected to collaborate with team members in marketing, social media, and design to produce high-quality content and manage content distribution across various channels such as the company’s website and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital content management, content creation, and content marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing metrics to monitor content performance and improve engagement
- Experience in managing content on CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Joomla)
- Proficient in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia storytelling
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends and content creation best practices for each platform
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
