Account Manager at FPG Technologies & Solutions

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Sell FPG solutions and services in all accounts assigned by having maximum face time with customers and with the use of a proper call plan.
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related fields.
  • Possession of relevant IT certifications is also a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a Technology Sales personnel/Account Management in the IT Solutions and Services sector.
  • Must possess 2 years proven record of accomplishment, selling Enterprise IT Security, Cloud, Infrastructure & Mobility Solutions in Nigeria.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
