Role Description

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.

Process customer orders, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve billing issues.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.

Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or related environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Technical proficiency and comfort with CRM software and other relevant tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Ability to work during U.S. time zone hours (specify time zone requirements, e.g., Eastern, Central, Pacific).

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
