Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Marketing Executives to join our client’s sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
•Onboarding and retaining prospective clients
•Following up with prospects until deals are closed
•Coordinating and supporting clients during sales
•Reporting daily/weekly sales reports to the management
•Promote products to attract customers
•Create strategies to reach and engage the target audience
•Market research to understand customer needs and preferences
•Develop and implement advertising and promotional campaigns
•Self-driven with less supervisions
•Collaborating with the sales team to improve overall sales performance

Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
•Minimum OND in marketing or any related discipline
•Must be a team player
•Ability to meet the set target
•Strong sales skills and persuasive abilities
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Previous experience in sales position is preferred
•Familiarity with real estate sales processes
•Positive attitude and perseverance
