Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key partners in the real estate industry, including real estate agents, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with partners to identify opportunities for mutual growth and success.
- Coordinate partner activities and initiatives to drive business objectives and enhance engagement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Analyze market trends and partner feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Lead partner enablement and training programs to enhance partner performance and satisfaction.
- Monitor and assess partner performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and establish new partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a relevant role within the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with key partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
