We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to join our team. He/She will develop a technology strategy to drive innovation within our company and also play a critical role in shaping our technology roadmap and ensuring that our technology solutions support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
· Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, including software developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
· Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s technology infrastructure.
· Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and challenges.
· Monitor and analyze technology trends and developments to stay ahead of the curve.
· Manage the technology budget and resources to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
· Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors.
Requirements
· 5years experience as a head of engineering.
· Strong technical background with expertise in software development, engineering, and IT.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Experience in a technology leadership role.
· Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
· Proven track record of driving technology innovation within an organization.
