Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is preferred and an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
