KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot machine failures by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using measuring and testing tools.
- Fix technical issues to the root cause.
- Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance.
- Basic knowledge in plumbing, cctv, water treatment and facility management.
- Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Servicing and maintaining equipments such as generators, AC, refrigerators, chillers, grinding machines and production related equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Good communication with the team (technical) and across the team (production).
REQUIREMENTS
- OND/HND/BSc in any technical field.
- At least 3 years experience in the technical field.
- Must be a frugal innovator.
- Must be computer savvy.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Open to learning and developing.
- Teamwork skills
