Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring revenue growth. They will also be responsible for account management, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will work predominantly from our Lekki office but will be required to work remotely at times.
Qualifications

- Sales and Customer Relationship Building
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Motivate and Manage a Sales Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate
- Experience in data analysis and ability to make data-driven decisions is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills are an added advantage
